About
RISE Soccer Club was formed in 2017 through the merger of Houston Express Soccer Club, founded in 1978, and Eclipse Soccer Club, founded in 1986. Texans SC subsequently joined RISE in 2019. The resulting nonprofit organization serves players throughout Houston.
