About
Oregon Surf Soccer Club traces its history to 1988, when the organization was founded as Tualatin Hills United Soccer Club. The club later became Northwest Elite Futbol Club before adopting the Oregon Surf identity in 2024 as Oregon's affiliate of the nationwide Surf Nation network. Its history includes becoming the first Portland metropolitan-area club to earn ECNL designation. Today, Oregon Surf offers one of the state's broadest player-development pathways, ranging from early development programs through ECNL and MLS NEXT Academy Division competition, with the stated goal of providing opportunities from a player's earliest years through pre-professional soccer.
