Hi, I’m Carlos! A coach, sports enthusiast, and the founder of

I fell in love with the game at a very young age like many of you. I’ve been following and playing soccer for many years.

Throughout my career, I always enjoyed helping soccer players chase their dreams, which is why I started this website. I wanted to reach a larger audience outside of my local area and was born.

This website is a platform I will be using to update club pages on any tryouts, stadiums, players, tech, and more from clubs around the world. I also create free recruitment profiles for players looking to have that extra competitive edge when reaching out to clubs.

That’s it. That’s my pitch for you to stick around (or browse the site as you please).

This is already too much text for a “see more” drop-down button thing. If you want to reach out to me, head on over to my contact page 🙂

Millwall FC Youth Development System

Millwall Football Club’s Academy is located at Well Hall, Eltham.

Ranging from Under 9s to Under 23s, the Academy has nutured homegrown talent through the decades, with names such as Paul Ifill, Tim Cahill, Steven Reid, Ben Thompson and – more recently – Billy Mitchell and Danny McNamara starring at first-team level.

Millwall Football Club’s Academy, based at the Well Hall training ground, is a source of great pride for everyone connected with The Lions. The set-up provides a fantastic education both on and off the pitch for young players to help ensure they can maximise their potential.

Millwall’s Under 18s team competes in the Professional Development League (Category 2) and the FA Youth Cup, while the U16s also play competitive fixtures. The Academy’s Under 9s-15s combine regular training with a games programme against both Category 1 and 2 clubs. Lions Academy teams will be coached and encouraged to play football with a possession-based approach, utilising sound attacking core technical skills complemented by good decision-making and timely support play.

Coaches will adopt a player-centred approach to coaching and endeavour to create a fun, technically-based and pressure-free learning environment with a high degree of professional standards and disciplines that are dedicated to the holistic development of players. Millwall Football Club actively promotes and supports ethics in sport, where ethics can be defined as the application of moral rules, principles, values and norms.

Millwall FC Recruitment Trials

The recruitment department is integral to the success of Millwall’s Academy in finding talented boys who can be developed into first team professional footballers. The Academy’s dedicated and professional recruitment team regularly watch local youth football matches, not only in South East London, but across the whole of the South East of the country. Many boys are successfully introduced into the Academy programme through this pathway each season, usually after completing a six-week trial.

As well as contacting the recruitment team with full details of a youngster’s playing history, it is also possible for talented children to be spotted through our Football in the Community scheme.

To recommend a player to the recruitment team, please send a letter with full details of the boy’s playing history, along with details of forthcoming games, venues and kick-off times. Send in as much information about his playing including fixture list if they currently play for a club, to:
