Targeted Focused Training – Solo Dribbling Soccer Drill
The purpose of this soccer dribbling drill is to practice full out sprints in 1 direction with the ball. To perform this drill, sprint with the ball towards the furthest corner away from the starting cone to the right. Turn left towards the inner cone but this is the rest phase. Here you will catch your breathe and dribble slower to recover. After the recovery dribble is completed, you will sprint back to the starting cone and repeat on the opposite side.
