Targeted Focused Training – Solo Dribbling Soccer Drill
Description
The purpose of this soccer dribbling drill is to practice full ball controlled sprints. Half of the runs are without the ball to intentionally fatigue the player. This allows you to practice dribbled sprints while fatigued to practice game like scenarios where players are low on stamina and still need to do controlled ball sprints.
