Targeted Focused Training – Solo Dribbling Soccer Drill
The purpose of this soccer dribbling drill is to practice one way directional dribbles with the ball and then laying the ball in the center so you can sprint to the opposite sides cone. This helps build your cardiovascular system, while incorporating dribbling. You can also switch dribbling path to the opposite side to practice both feet. Also, this drill can be timed using a stop watch to see improvements in pace.
