Solo Shooting Soccer Drill – Targeted Focused Training
This shooting soccer drill first begins with dribbling through cones away from the net and then approaching the shooting cones facing the goal. The purpose of this drill is to practice conditioning with the ball through cones before a shot. The scenario created here practices taking shots while already having used up energy before the shot. The reason for this is because many times in a game, you will have sprinted or battled for the ball and having the ability to take shots under high pressure and fatigue is important to maximize shots.
