Solo Shooting Soccer Drill – Targeted Focused Training
Description
The purpose of this soccer shooting drill is to practice curved accuracy shots inside the box. After each shot, you will sprint back to the starting position and follow the cone path until the last shot. Drill can be flipped to opposite side to work both feet.
