FC Copenhagen Crest

In 1992, B1903 and KB, two of the biggest clubs in the capital city, combined to establish F.C. Copenhagen. Of course, a new kit was required, and the club managed to reflect the histories of both founding institutions in a suitable way.

B1903 played in black and white. They were seven-time Danish title winners when they merged with KB, whose main colors were blue and white. Therefore, in 1992, it made sense to combine the colors into a single new trje, which is Danish for “shirt.” In the 1992–1993 season, FCK debuted an all-white uniform with a blue accent. Either a red or blue away uniform was available. Every FC Copenhagen shirt features the team’s classic colors thanks to the recognizable circle badge with the blue lion and red lines.

FCK’s white shirt took many appearances throughout the years. The club colors and identity have continued to this day to include the club logo.
