Ehime Football Club (愛媛フットボールクラブ) is a professional football club based in Matsuyama, the capital city of Ehime Prefecture of Japan. After winning the JFL championship in 2005, the club now plays in J2 League.

Soccer School

Basic course

In addition to cultivating the basic movements and skills of soccer according to the age, we will provide guidance to convey the fun and fun of soccer and promote growth. Girl-only course. It is a fun and easy course for beginners, experienced people, and any girl. You can also participate in the practice of Ehime FC Ladies MIKAN U-15 according to your level.

History

The team originally went by the name Matsuyama Soccer Club when it was established in 1970, but in 1995 it changed its name to Ehime Football Club. As a result of Matsuyama being represented in the Japan Soccer League by the local team that is affiliated with the Teijin corporation, the organization spent a good deal of time competing in the regional and prefectural leagues.

In 2003, Ehime F.C. earned a spot in the Japan Football League with their promotion. Following its triumph in the JFL championship game in 2005, Ehime is currently competing in the J. League Division 2 tournament.

Ehime pulled off a major upset on November 28, 2007, when they defeated the Urawa Red Diamonds by a score of 2-0 at the Urawa Red Diamonds’ home stadium, the Urawa Komaba Stadium. This victory sent the Urawa Red Diamonds crashing out of the Emperor’s Cup in the fourth round. Urawa had just won the AFC Champions League in 2007.
