BACK TO ENGLAND CLUBS

Hi, I’m Carlos! A coach, sports enthusiast, and the founder of FCScout.com.

I fell in love with the game at a very young age like many of you. I’ve been following and playing soccer for many years.

Throughout my career, I always enjoyed helping soccer players chase their dreams, which is why I started this website. I wanted to reach a larger audience outside of my local area and fcscout.com was born.

This website is a platform I will be using to update club pages on any tryouts, stadiums, players, tech, and more from clubs around the world. I also create free recruitment profiles for players looking to have that extra competitive edge when reaching out to clubs.

That’s it. That’s my pitch for you to stick around (or browse the site as you please).

This is already too much text for a “see more” drop-down button thing. If you want to reach out to me, head on over to my contact page 🙂

Burton Albion FC is an English professional football club based in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, England. The club competes in the EFL League One, the third tier of English football.

Burton Albion FC Youth Development System

Burton Albion Academy is committed to creating a positive enviroment with a professional approach to the development of well-rounded young players and dedicated staff. They want to produce fearless, passionate, and hardworking footballers who are purposeful in possession and resilient in defence.

Burton Albion Academy

Burton Albion are dedicated to developing local talent with the potential to play for the first team.

  • Dedicated full-time and part-time staff, involved in delivering the Academy programme
  • More than 120 registered players
  • Activity on a daily basis from ages 9-18
  • Category 3 status

Burton Albion Academy is about producing well-rounded young people as well as developing them as footballers.

If their youth team players don’t complete their college work, don’t put the effort in there, they don’t train and don’t play. Burton Albion Academy wants them to appreciate that they need to work hard in all aspects of their life to be successful.

When they talk about their players they also ask what they are like as a person. Character and work ethic and sharing the club’s values are a huge part of it.

The Academy works closely alongside Burton Albion Community Trust in terms of recruitment for local players and staff, and helping to develop well-rounded young men with projects like reading sessions with our scholars in local schools, alongside the BACT staff.
