Targeted Focused Training – Solo Dribbling Soccer Drill
The purpose of this soccer dribbling drill is to practice fast turning sprints during possession with the ball. When dribbling away from the center cone, focus on full sprints with the ball. When coming back towards the center cone, focus on recovering your breathe. This drill can be opened up or shortened to provide different levels dribbling distances.
Quick note: once you reach an outer cone after a sprint, focus on doing a fast controlled turn with the ball back to the center.
