Thank you for being here!
Hi, I’m Carlos! A coach, sports enthusiast, and the founder of FCScout.com.
I fell in love with the game at a very young age like many of you. I’ve been following and playing soccer for many years.
Throughout my career, I always enjoyed helping soccer players chase their dreams, which is why I started this website. I wanted to reach a larger audience outside of my local area and fcscout.com was born.
This website is a platform I will be using to update club pages on any tryouts, stadiums, players, tech, and more from clubs around the world. I also create free recruitment profiles for players looking to have that extra competitive edge when reaching out to clubs.
That’s it. That’s my pitch for you to stick around (or browse the site as you please).
This is already too much text for a “see more” drop-down button thing. If you want to reach out to me, head on over to my contact page 🙂

Toronto FC II History
During the years 2007–2013, the Toronto FC reserves competed in the Major League Soccer Reserve League after the club was accepted into Major League Soccer. In 2014, Toronto Football Club entered into a collaboration with the Wilmington Hammerheads of the United Soccer League (USL) to act as their affiliate. As part of this partnership, Toronto FC agreed to loan players to the Wilmington Hammerheads.
On November 20, 2014, Toronto Football Club made the announcement that they will be forming a reserve squad that would compete in the United Soccer League’s third division under the name Toronto FC II. When the squad first took the field in March of 2015, it did so in the 3,500-seat stadium that had just recently been built at the Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughan, which is located just north-northwest of Toronto. On June 27, 2015, they competed in their inaugural match, which was against the Wilmington Hammerheads. The United Soccer League was promoted to the level of a second-tier league beginning in 2017.
The team made the announcement on July 2, 2018, that they will be dropping down from the United Soccer League to the USL League One for the first season of the league in 2019. TFC II competed in the first round of the SK Summer Soccer Series, which was organized and run by the Saskatchewan Selects and took place in Saskatoon.
The Selects prevailed over TFC II by a score of 2-0. Because of the travel limitations imposed by the pandemic, the team decided to pull out of the 2020 USL League One season in July of that year. They rejoined the league the following year, 2021, and started the season at the Grande Sports World training facility in Casa Grande, Arizona. This was necessary because travel was still restricted as a result of the ongoing pandemic.
The team’s subsequent three home games were played at Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, Florida, after they had played their first three home games at their previous venue in Kissimmee, Florida. In the end, Toronto FC II got back into the swing of things on July 30, 2021, when they hosted Greenville Triumph SC at the BMO Training Ground. This marked the beginning of the team’s return to playing their home games in Toronto. The club made the announcement on December 6, 2021, that it would be participating in the MLS Next Pro competition among 20 other teams beginning with the 2022 season.
Toronto FC II Stadium
Outdoor sports take place at York Lions Stadium, which is located on the Keele Campus of Toronto’s York University in the area that was formerly known as North York. The York Lions, the varsity teams of York University, the Toronto Arrows of Major League Rugby, and York United of the Canadian Premier League all call this arena their home field.
The arena was constructed particularly for the Pan American and Parapan American Games in 2015, at which time it played host to track and field competitions as well as the opening ceremony. The stadium’s running track was eliminated in 2021 so that more space could be made available for the field that football and soccer are played on.
