Hi, I’m Carlos! A coach, sports enthusiast, and the founder of FCScout.com.

I fell in love with the game at a very young age like many of you. Iโ€™ve been following and playing soccer for many years.

Throughout my career, I always enjoyed helping soccer players chase their dreams, which is why I started this website. I wanted to reach a larger audience outside of my local area and fcscout.com was born.

This website is a platform I will be using to update club pages on any tryouts, stadiums, players, tech, and more from clubs around the world. I also create free recruitment profiles for players looking to have that extra competitive edge when reaching out to clubs.

That’s it. That’s my pitch for you to stick around (or browse the site as you please).

This is already too much text for a “see more” drop-down button thing. If you want to reach out to me, head on over to my contact page ๐Ÿ™‚

Atletico Orlando FC History

In 2017, Coach Alex Flores laid the groundwork for what would later become Atletico Orlando FC. Initially, the club served as the developmental arm of the Orlando Seawolves. Following the open tryouts that were held in Orlando, over thirty athletes were chosen, and several of them were promoted or signed to the MASL (Major Arena Soccer League), which is the largest professional indoor league in the United States.

After determining that several of the club’s athletes were capable of competing at higher levels, Coach Alex decided to form an outdoor squad and continue the club’s growth in that direction. Atletico Orlando’s indoor club had a very successful 2018-2019 campaign, competing in a number of indoor tournaments and seasons in Orlando, and their efforts culminated in winning an indoor title.

2019 – In Atletico Orlando’s first year playing in the UPSL, Coach Alex led the team all the way to the playoffs, where they were ultimately eliminated by a strong Barcelona side. Atletico persevered despite the pandemic that disrupted their second season and advanced a long way in the playoffs, falling just short of making it to the state UPSL championships by one game. 2021: Atletico Orlando expanded to a UPSL Division 1 club as well as an NSL U23 team, both of which are now competing in their respective leagues. To this day, Atletico Orlando has been responsible for promoting nine different players to paid positions with professional soccer teams such as the Florida Tropics, the Orlando Seawolves, and La Liga MX Division II.
