The Nîmes Olympique training center is located at the Domaine de la Bastide in Nîmes. In July 2010, the Nîmes Olympique company acquired the estate in order to develop the training center, a tool for establishing a lasting presence in the world of professional football.

This sumptuous estate is a place of life where all the club members, managers, coaches and players of the first and amateur teams come together.

  • General education is given in high schools and private schools in the city (maths, French, economics, English, administrative tasks). Scheduling arrangements allow young people to combine studies and training.
  • At the center also operate Directed Studies (math-homework help) and Supervised Studies in the evening before or (and) after meals.
  • The Private Technical School is thus empowered to collect the Apprenticeship Tax and remains at the disposal of companies.

Nîmes Olympique History

Nimes finished in second place in Ligue 2 and earned promotion to Ligue 1 for the first time since the 1992–93 season on May 5, 2018, as a result of their strong performance. Nimes celebrated a successful promotion to Ligue 1 during the 2018–19 campaign, ultimately finishing in ninth place in the league’s standings. The team had a shorter 2019–20 season, but nevertheless managed to finish in 18th place overall and narrowly avoid relegation.

Stadium

Stade des Costières is a football stadium in Nimes, France. Nimes Olympique plays their home games in this stadium, which first opened its doors in 1989 and has a capacity of 18,364 spectators.

The planned stadium that will be used by Nimes Olympique will have a maximum capacity that may be adjusted anywhere from 13,600 to 15,100 seats. If everything goes according to plan, the new stadium should be ready for the 2024-2025 season to begin hosting games.
