Hi, I’m Carlos! A coach, sports enthusiast, and the founder of FCScout.com.
I fell in love with the game at a very young age like many of you. I’ve been following and playing soccer for many years.
Throughout my career, I always enjoyed helping soccer players chase their dreams, which is why I started this website. I wanted to reach a larger audience outside of my local area and fcscout.com was born.
This website is a platform I will be using to update club pages on any tryouts, stadiums, players, tech, and more from clubs around the world. I also create free recruitment profiles for players looking to have that extra competitive edge when reaching out to clubs.

Club de Fútbol Tigres de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, simply known as Tigres UANL or Tigres, is a Mexican professional football club based in San Nicolás de los Garza, a city in the Monterrey metropolitan area. The club competes in the Liga MX, the top flight of Mexican football.

Club de Fútbol Tigres de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León Reserves and Academy are the under-20, under-17 and a third division team of Mexican Liga MX club Tigres UANL.
Tigres UANL Academy
Club Tigres promotes soccer because it reinforces values such as discipline, respect for the rules and teamwork; it favors family integration, promotes a healthy lifestyle, keeps children and young people away from the possibility of engaging in undesirable behaviors and motivates them to pursue their dreams.
Aware of the social role of soccer in the training of children and youth, Tigres promotes this sport through the Tigres Academies, located in Nuevo León, in the rest of the Mexican Republic and in the state of Texas, United States.
In these centers, thousands of youngsters play the soccer that defines Tigres: clean and fierce soccer, which provides recreation to Mexican families and promotes this sport as an essential part in the training of young people.
Every summer, these students participate in the International Tournament of Tigres Academies, which is held in La Cueva and is one more opportunity to publicize the talents that may be candidates for the Basic Forces teams.
The Tigres Club, through its Basic Forces department, makes an invitation to be part of our Soccer Academies, in the categories from 1993 to 2000.
The centers accredited by the Institution as part of the Tigres Academies meet a series of requirements related to the training of the coaches in this Institution, the quality of its facilities and an adequate administrative structure.
The Tiger Visiting area conducts tests throughout the year, at no cost, to players from the Tiger Academies.

Tigres UANL History
The club had their first significant victory in the 1975–1976 season, when they defeated Club América and won the Copa MX. This made them the first team from the state of Nuevo León to ever win a trophy. Tigres have won the Mexican championship a total of seven times, as well as the Mexican Cup (Copa MX) three times. Tigres finished as the runner-up in the 2015 Copa Libertadores Finals, which were won by River Plate. In international tournaments, Tigres won the CONCACAF Champions League in 2020 after finishing as the runner-up three times prior to that.
The Tigres are the recognized sports club of the University of Nuevo León, which is located in the state of Nuevo León. Their home field is the Estadio Universitario, which has a capacity of 41,615 people and is situated within the San Nicolas de los Garza University campus. Gold and blue have traditionally been the colors used for the team’s uniforms. Along with its archrivals from C.F. Monterrey, Tigres is one of the two professional football teams that represent the state of Nuevo León.
Stadium
The Tigres UANL, who compete in Liga MX, call Estadio Universitario their primary playing facility at home. As a piece of the club’s property, it was handed over to Sinergia Deportiva, the corporation that runs Tigres and is in the business of making a profit.
During the 1986 FIFA World Cup, the stadium played host to a number of matches. It also served as a venue for games in the Copa Libertadores de America in 2005 and 2006, years in which Tigres qualified for the coveted competition. Additionally, it served as the arena in which C.F. Monterrey played their home games for a while. In addition, it was the host venue for multiple games at the 1983 FIFA World Youth Championship as well as the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
The Estadio Universitario was also utilized by the other top-level soccer team in Monterrey, C.F. Monterrey, during the years of 1973 and 1980. Beginning in September of 1980, the club left its previous home and moved back to the Estadio Tecnológico.
Crest
Since the year 1960, when the club was first established, its identifying colors—light gold and dark blue—have remained the same. In the home jersey, the light gold color is always more prominent than the dark blue color, but in the away jersey, the dark blue color is more noticeable than the light gold color.
The third hue has been displayed in a variety of different ways, including black, white, red, green, copper, and dark gold at various times.
Ownership
The Autonomous Institution of Nuevo León, also known as the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL), is a public university that is spread out among seven campuses in the state of Nuevo León, which is located in the north of Mexico. It was established on September 25, 1933, under the name University of Nuevo León, and today it is the third largest public university in Mexico in terms of the number of students enrolled there. It is also the most important institution of higher learning in Northeastern Mexico, and it provides the most academic programs of any school in the region.
Additionally, it is the institution with the longest history in the state, and its headquarters are currently located in San Nicolas de los Garza, which is a suburb of Monterrey. They are the major owners of the club Tigres UANL, despite the fact that Cemex has ownership of the team as a result of an agreement lasting 30 years. Sinergia Deportiva, the organization that is in charge of Tigres UANL, was established through a collaborative effort between Cemex and FEMSA.
