Hi, I’m Carlos! A coach, sports enthusiast, and the founder of FCScout.com.
I fell in love with the game at a very young age like many of you. I’ve been following and playing soccer for many years.
Throughout my career, I always enjoyed helping soccer players chase their dreams, which is why I started this website. I wanted to reach a larger audience outside of my local area and fcscout.com was born.
This website is a platform I will be using to update club pages on any tryouts, stadiums, players, tech, and more from clubs around the world. I also create free recruitment profiles for players looking to have that extra competitive edge when reaching out to clubs.

Willem II, also known as Willem II Tilburg, is a Dutch football club based in Tilburg, Holland. The club competes in the Eredivisie, the top flight of Eredivisie football.

Academy
Do you want to come and play football at Willem II?
Goal 1
Our goal is to get the most out of every youth player. We want every youth player to get better every day, as a footballer and as a person. Of course we hope that this will lead to as many youth players as possible in our first team.
Goal 2
We want the football level and fun in the greater Tilburg region to be as high as possible. That is why we are looking for ways to give as many children as possible good training for as long as possible.
Vision
We cannot predict how good a young footballer will become. We therefore do not make predictions about who will become a professional footballer and who will not. We do believe in development and we think in opportunities. That is why we want to give as many children as possible who like football the opportunity to play in the spotlight with us. Because the more children receive good training, the greater the chance that the football level of the children will increase. The football level is of course important to us, but the younger you are, the more important we think your adaptability is. The better you are able to adapt and therefore learn and perform, the greater the chance that you will get the most out of yourself.
Willem II Youth Training
In order to give ourselves and the children more time to find out whether playing in the Willem II Youth Training is appropriate for both the child and us, the Willem II Preparatory Training and the Willem II Selection Days were created.
The Willem II Preparatory Program has two goals: The first goal is to get a better picture of the player, to make a more accurate assessment of whether the player fits the Willem II Youth Academy. The second goal is to give as many children as possible from the greater Tilburg region good training. Ideally, every child enters the Willem II Youth Academy from the Willem II Preparatory Course. The training sessions of the Willem II Preparatory Course take place at our own complex, normally on Wednesday afternoons. If the player qualifies for this, he will be invited by us. This invitation contains the additional information.
Participating in the Willem II Preparatory Training
Do you want to have a chance to participate in the Willem II Preparatory Training? For this we set the following requirements:
- You live in the Greater Tilburg region.
- You are currently playing football at an amateur association in the Groot Tilburg region.
- You have an incredible passion for football.
- You want to get the most out of yourself.
Do you meet all these requirements? Then you can register yourself via this link . We will process the application immediately and respond within approximately 14 working days. If you don’t get a response, you won’t be invited. If you are invited, you will enter a new training block (5 training sessions) of the Preparatory Course. You will then receive an e-mail with additional information (please note, our e-mails sometimes end up in the ‘junk e-mail’ folder).
The Willem II Preparatory Course takes place at the Willem II youth complex (Rueckertbaan 207, Tilburg), on Wednesday afternoon. You will receive additional information with the invitation.
Below the dates for the start of a training block, each block contains five training sessions:

- 10-11-2021 (Start Block 2)
- 12-01-2022 (Start Block 3)
- 16-02-2022 (Start Block 4)
- 30-03-2022 (Start Block 5)
- 11-05-2022 (Start Block 6)

Participating in the Willem II Selection Days
In order to offer all children from the Groot Tilburg region a chance, we have also created the Willem II Selection Days in addition to the Willem II Preparatory Training. These are intended for children born in specific age groups. These children can register themselves to participate in one of the selection days and thus put themselves in the spotlight. You can earn the opportunity to be invited for all days (see dates below).
- You live in the Greater Tilburg region.
- You are currently playing football at an amateur association in the Groot Tilburg region.
- You have an incredible passion for football.
- You want to get the most out of yourself.
- You play at least in a league or league.
You can register here . We will process the application immediately and respond within approximately 14 working days. If you don’t get a response, you won’t be invited.
